Yes, every piece is custom-made to order. Once you place an order, our artisans begin crafting your garment with care, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

  1. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

We offer limited customizations, such as color preferences or small design tweaks within the scope of the original design. However, we do not alter the overall style or structure of the garment.

  1. HOW DO I ENSURE THE RIGHT FIT?

We work with individual custom measurements to ensure the best fit possible. After you place your order, we’ll guide you through the process of submitting your measurements, making sizing concerns minimal.

  1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders are processed and shipped within 12 to 15 weeks from the date of purchase. Each piece is handcrafted, and we take time to ensure it is made to perfection.

  1. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

  • Yes, shipping within India is free.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@monikaa.in with images and details. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

  1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin the production process and cannot accept cancellations.
