At MONIKA A, each piece is custom-made to order, crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we currently DO NOTT ACCEPT RETURNS.
RETURNS
All products are made specifically for you, and hence, returns are not accepted once an order is placed. We encourage customers to refer to our size guide and reach out to us with any questions before placing an order.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as every garment is handcrafted based on individual specifications. However, in the rare case of a defect or incorrect item received, please follow the steps under the "Damaged or Incorrect Orders" section below.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by writing to info@monikaa.in with the following:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the garment and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the production process begins and cancellations will not be accepted.
