At MONIKA A, each garment is handcrafted and made to order, tailored exclusively for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds on any orders once placed.
NO REFUND ON CUSTOM ORDERS
All purchases made with our brand, MONIKA A are final. Once your order has been placed, we begin the meticulous process of production, and therefore, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
EXCEPTIONS - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
In the rare event that:
You receive a damaged product,
The product is defective, or
You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order,
you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review the request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Please note that refunds will not be issued, even in such cases.
NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
Minor color or texture variations due to digital photography or display settings
Delays in delivery caused by external factors (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance)
Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
Change of mind after 24 hours of placing the order
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If accepted, you will be eligible for a full refund. Beyond this window, the order is processed and no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
